  • Shipping is available throughout India! All orders within India are dispatched via DTDC or otherwise another partner that we trust. Once your order has been shipped, our team will provide you with the tracking details.

  • We offer complimentary shipping across India :)

  • Orders are dispatched on a made-to-order-model

  • We operate on a made-to-order model – each style is crafted by hand specifically for you! As a small business, this approach helps us manage our costs, minimize excess inventory, and reduce waste.

  • Although rare, if there are any delays with your order, our team will promptly reach out to you to explain the reason and provide an estimated shipping date.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will inform you of the shipping service used and the tracking number. You can track your order on the respective shipping service's website or by following the link provided in the email.

  • While we cannot guarantee expedited shipping, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request! If you wish to expedite your shipping timeline, please contact us at info@sarankohli.com.

  • For customers requiring their order for a special event, we are grateful and excited that you have chosen us to accompany you. Our team will endeavour to prioritize production and provide you with an estimated shipping date as soon as possible. Please note that priority production and shipping may involve additional charges.

  • In the event of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to cover shipping-related costs, we are not responsible for the return shipping fees of your order. Once the package is returned to us, we cannot refund any shipping charges incurred for its return.

  • If your order needs to be resent, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We are here to assist you, so it's crucial to provide accurate shipping information and contact details or notify us immediately if you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
