  • You can place an order for ready to wear apparel via our website but if you would like a bespoke or made to measure item, please book an appointment (via the website, e-mail or call) for your one to one consultation appointment with Saran Kohli (Head Designer).

  • You do not need to open an account with us to place an order via our website or otherwise, but feel free to sign up to our newsletter (details on the bottom of our website) to stay in the know about the latest collections, offers and news!

  • You can book an appointment for a one to one consultation in store with Saran Kohli (Head Designer) via the Appointments section on our website, by e-mailing the team on info@sarankohli.com or by calling +44 (0) 208 475 0037. We look forward to welcoming you in and seeing how best we can help you.

  • We now (due to the Covid-19 pandemic) only accept credit or debit card payments in store. You can pay via credit or debit cards and PayPal via our website.

  • Absolutely. We have a strong commitment to security best practices and industry standards. Saran Kohli Label is GDPR compliant and your personal information will never be shared with third party providers.

  • We currently ship all ordered from London, UK.

  • Shipping is processed through Royal Mail (UK) and the following options are available.

    U.K
    UK Mainland Standard shipping is £3.95. 4-5 working days delivery. Next day Royal Mail service is £7.95.

    INTERNATIONAL

    • INDIA & USA via Royal Mail Standard is £7.95, minimum 14 working days delivery.
    • EUROPE: £7.95, minimum 14 working days delivery.
    REST OF THE WORLD: £10.00, minimum 14 working days delivery.

  • Please have a read through our refund and exchange policy on our website or within the product descriptions of the item you have ordered to see if you are eligible to cancel and request a refund after you’ve placed your order. If your order is of a Custom made / Made to measure / Bespoke item, it can not be cancelled.

  • Due to the current climate around the world, standard delivery in the UK can take up to 5 working days but next day service delivery is guaranteed. International deliveries currently take a minimum of 14 working days.

  • Please have a read through our refund and exchange policy on our website or within the product descriptions of the item you have ordered to see if you are eligible to cancel and request a refund after you’ve placed your order. If your order is of a Custom made / Made to measure / Bespoke item, it can not be cancelled.  

  • A returns label will be provided within the package your item is delivered in. Please use this to return your item to us for a refund or an exchange. Please note the garment/s you wish to return or exchange must be in its original condition.  I.e. not worn beyond you trying the garment for fit and no tags should be removed.
